Terah 2022 Sparkling White Wine

Terah Bajjalieh is a winemaker and certified sommelier born and raised in the Bay Area, California. Terah refined her unique style and found her love of wine by way of food and from her travels across the globe. She is a Level 2 Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master and holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wine & Spirits.

A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Old Vine Muscat. All these grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Central Coast, each being farmed with organic farming practices. The muscat in paticular is sourced from 105 year old vines that are believed to be the oldest in the state.

This wine is refreshing with loads of acidity. Aromas and flavors of orange, lime, and lemon. The mousseaux is gentle with fine bubbles.

13.2% abv
