Les Foulards Rouges Octobre Rouge is made from biodynamic and certified organic Syrah grown in a Mediterranean climate on decomposed granite soil in the Languedoc, Southern France. Whole-cluster fermentation, aged in 500-liter used barrels, then hand-bottled at the beginning of spring.
