Gleaned from the Gulf Coast of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, Persian limes bring a light and fragrant aroma similar to lilac. In a Eau de Vie still, the limes are distilled to create a delightful cordial, enhanced with a hint of cane sugar and our proprietary lactic acid.
