Tepozan Reposado

 

Twenty-five years ago, Master Distiller Don Carlos and his family planted their first agave in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, to create a farm-to-glass tequila with the mantra: "A strong house is built on a solid foundation." The location of the Tepozán distillery was chosen through the use of a wire divining rod, revealing a natural mineral spring 405 meters below. Today, Tepozán is one of the few tequilas on the market that is grown, processed, and bottled at the source. Aromas of honey and lush notes of roasted lemon, guajillo pepper, achiote, vanilla, and flan result in a round, generous palate of oak spice, brown sugar, pineapple sage, and creamy mid-palate, finishing with plush, lasting caramel, coriander, and clove.
