Very Important Pear Grape Wine

Jumbo Time Wines is a Los Angeles based natural wine project, started by Omar Koukaz & Jonathan Yadegar in 2020. They work with organically grown (dry farmed & biodynamic when possible) fruit & practice zero intervention in the cellar. They proudly work along side farmers to make wines that are the result of curiosity and excitement surrounding what the glorious state of California has to offer.

V.I.P Section (Very Important Pear), is a pear-grape wine that became an immediate Fall favorite upon its release last year.

This is a 50-50 co-ferment of organic Bartlett pears from Johnson Family Ranch in Mendocino and Sauvignon Blanc from Heringer Estates in Clarksburg. 

This is a totally unfined, unfiltered and sulfite-free wine, that tastes like oro blanco juice and honeysuckles. Salty, crisp and full of bright flavors. Drink cold!
