Faccia Brutto Centerbe
Faccia Brutto Centerbe is a traditionally-crafted liqueur crafted by Patrick Miller, a former chef with fourteen years of restaurant experience. Created in the Pfizer Building, Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, the organic amari is inspired by Italian recipes - including the Abruzzo region's Centerbe, meaning "hundred herbs".
Expect an aromatic drink with a light bittersweetness, tarragon and fennel notes, and a subtle hint of salt for a harmonious sweet and bitter balance.
We think it's a solid stand in for Green Chartreuse!
