Heirloom Tomato Seeds- Black Prince

This Russian heirloom tomato does well in cooler climates. The skin of Black Prince tomatoes is very deep red, and their flesh ranges from deep red to brown. They are popular not only for their looks, but for low acid and sweet taste. 

• Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost.
• Sow 1/4" deep and 1" apart. Keep in a warm and sunny location. 
• When the second set of leaves emerges, transplant the seedlings into individual pots; bury the stems up to the lowest set of leaves to grow strongly rooted plants.
• More outdoors when temperatures reach >70°
• Recommended to provide a trellis.
