Made by the Contreras family in Aconchi, Sonora, Bacanora has been produced in the Sonoran Sierra Madre Mountain Range for 300+ years. Banned 77 years (1915-1992) due to Prohibition, it remained hidden but symbolized regionalism & identity.

Made by Maestro Bacanorero- Roberto Contreras using 100% Agave Angustifolia Pacifica Agave.

The ABV changes slightly from batch to batch.

.75 oz Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup

.5 oz Campari

.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 pinch salt

1 mint sprig for garnish

* Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, pour over ice, garnish with mint sprig
