Woon Oolong Tea

Take home the same loose leaf tea we cold brew! Formosa Oolong is a classic golden breakfast style tea from China’s rolling hills. The leaves are picked dried under the strong sun which creates a natural oxidation darkening the leaf and intensifying the flavor. Smooth notes of honey and stone fruit come thorough with no bitterness and a rounded flavor. It is great served hot or chilled with a bit of lemon peel.

Instructions: For hot tea, use 1 tsp tea for every 8 oz. of hot water and steep for 4-5 minutes. For cold brew, place 2 tbsp tea in container and add 32 oz of water. Steep for at least 4 hours or overnight, strain and enjoy!
